The top of the machine is equipped with a safety relief valve and a carrying handle structure, which is convenient for manual transportation or movement. The sealing latch is strong and durable, effectively preventing steam leakage and enhancing the stability of the whole machine. Demonstrating the front double door structure of Class N autoclave, the inner cavity is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, and is convenient for loading surgical instruments and glassware. Door sealing ring precision fit, to ensure that the sterilization process is sealed and reliable.

1.       Overheat protection: Automatically shuts off heating and provides audible and visual alarms in case of overheating.

2.       Electric interlock safety: Prevents the start of a cycle if the door is not properly locked or prohibits door opening when the chamber is pressurized or power is disconnected.

3.       Door-temperature interlock safety: Prevents explosion of liquids by cooling them down to a safe temperature limit (20℃ lower than the local boiling point) before opening the door.

4.       Anti-burning protection: Automatically cuts off heating with audible and visual alarms when the autoclave is lacking water.

5.       Steam pressure safety valve: Automatically activates when the chamber pressure exceeds the limit.

6.       Electrical circuit safety device: Includes over-current and short-circuit protection for enhanced safety.
