Deionization is performed when pure water needs to be dispensed immediately. Deionization is critical when the water is about to be used because the very high purity can degrade quickly.
Deionized water purifiers work by replacing positive and negative molecules in water with hydrogen molecules (positively charged) and hydroxyl molecules (negatively charged). In effect, the removal of organic matter through filtration improves water quality and prevents scale deposits. For this reason, DI water machines are one of the most popular water treatment options in the laboratory and medical industries.

Deionized Water Purifier Features:

1.       The deionized water purifier has power indicator, pump work indicator, low pressure indicator and system flushing indicator functions.
2.       Using imported ion filtration membranes and high-pressure, silent pure water pumps, the operation quality is more reliable and it is applicable to a wider range of water quality.
3.       It has system flushing function: every time before turning on the water machine, di water machine will automatically flush for 30 seconds. And then the system will start to make water.
4.       The di water machine has system protection function: when the water pressure is too low or there is no water. The equipment automatically shuts down. The water source comes in, the equipment automatically turns on.
5.       Equipped with real-time online TDS monitoring for DI water, meeting the quality control requirements of DI water supply in laboratory and analytical applications.
Suggestion:
1.       The quality of the incoming water affects the quality of the outgoing water and the service life of the filter column;
2.       When the source water quality is poor (TDS is greater than 200ppm), the RO pure water quality will drop to above 10μs/c㎡;
3.       When the raw water quality TDS>500, it is recommended to use a water softener;

Wash (F)	1. The power indicator light comes on when the machine is turned on, and it flushes automatically for 30 seconds; 2. After 6 hours of cumulative water production, if there is no flushing in the middle, it will automatically flush for 30 seconds; 3. After exiting from the water shortage program, it will automatically flush for 30 seconds; 4. The lower two digits of the small digital tube display the remaining backwash time, and the clock symbol flashes once a second. (High-pressure pump works, water inlet valve opens, flushing valve opens)
Water Production	1. The lower two digits of the small digital tube display the current conductivity value (the decimal point is not displayed); 2. The measured conductivity value is greater than 50, and in the buzzer mode, the buzzer beeps; 3. Conductivity measurement is a process that is susceptible to interference, so please install the probe into the pipeline for measurement, otherwise the accuracy will be affected; 4. There are bubbles in the pipeline, which will also affect the accuracy of the conductivity. Please pay attention to exhaust when reinstalling. (High-pressure pump is working, water inlet valve is open, flushing valve is closed)
Lack of Water (O)	1. When the low-pressure switch detects that the raw water pressure is lower than the set value, the pure water machine enters the water shortage program and the buzzer sounds; 2. Overhaul (E)	The instrument is set to a 12-hour working system to prevent forgetting to shut down the machine after work. If more than 12 hours have passed, the deionized water purifier maintenance symbol will appear and the work will stop to protect the instrument. If you need to continue working, just restart it.
